Arrival to Your Session
First Appointment: Please arrive a few minutes early to review your information and plan before we start your treatment session.
In case of late arrival your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time will be charged.

Cancellation/No Show Policy and Fees
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full price.

Illness and Medication
Please cancel/reschedule your appointment immediately if you have any contagious condition.
Exceptions to cancellation policy may be made on such occasions.
Pain reduction medication/sense altering drugs and fever contraindicate massage and require rescheduling.
